20.20 released a press release and images to journalists about the new concept store in Dusseldorf for Karstadt earlier this month (October 2012).

The site has been redesigned to appeal to fashion conscious mums and children, and the customer journey has been optimised to improve multi channel sales. The site is one of the first to provide an integrated social and ecommerce experience.

The site has been rolled out to Italy, Spain, Portugal and Holland.

Prenatal’s website is the final channel to have been updated with 20.20’s brand, following the success of the redesigned stores and catalogue.

On Thursday 11th October, Karstadt’s new concept store in Dusseldorf opened, showing customers the elegant, light and spacious ‘home’ for all their new brands.

Everyone at the launch was full of praise for the new store and 20.20 are incredibly proud of what has been created, implemented and so well received.

Situated in a former bank vault in the heart of The City, a small and exclusive group of guests attended the 20.20 Gamification Dinner. Co-hosted by Badgeville, the evening was full of stimulating conversation, networking and enlightenment into how gamification can engage customers, affect their behaviour and drive both sales and loyalty.
