Liberty Beauty Hall is shortlisted for Marketing Week Engage Award

20.20 are delighted to have been shortlisted for a Marketing Week Engage Award in the ‘Design’ category for our latest work with Liberty on their new Beauty Hall.

The category encouraged entries from agencies who have benefited a brand by growing their business, increasing customer engagement or by adding value for the customer through some clever design-based innovation or initiative.

The new Beauty Hall opened in June 2011 and since then has recorded some impressive ROI figures including a 38% increase on trading compared to before the refurbishment, it is now generating 19% of Liberty’s total revenue, up from 11% prior to the development and has been received extremely well by customers and staff alike.

20.20 used the theme of transformation, inspired by the world of theatre to create a unique new space in which to shop for beauty.

The results will be announced on Tuesday, 22nd May, 2012 at the awards ceremony being held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
