Building trust and broadening appeal
KwikFit are Europe’s largest motor repair chain with over 600 centres in the UK alone. Without a brand change in 32 years, KwikFit was looking tired and failing to attract a growing female market. They appointed 20.20 to define a refreshed brand identity, signing system and online brand experience for rollout across Europe.
Working towards a more accessible brand presence, we defined a distinctive identity, signing system, website, reception and workshop environment to appeal to a broader range of target customers. We elevated the KwikFit arrow to be simpler, stronger and softer, creating an asset that can be used as a navigational device as well as a strong brand identity. Opening up the space and introducing a KwikFit welcome across channels helped to remove barriers and attract more women into motor repair centres.
