Reuniting a family of betting brands
Successful betting and gaming agency, Victor Chandler (now BetVictor) has made impressive progress in the UK in recent years. The company operates through a number of different channels, and when they contacted 20.20, each game and sport had its own look and feel. Victor Chandler asked us to create a single brand proposition for their varied portfolio, aiming to boost customer engagement, recognition and trust across channels.
Working with Victor Chandler himself, we created a compelling brand proposition, architecture and communications platform inspired by the thrill of the win. We refreshed the identity to bring the master brand’s signature to life, and developed a core set of messages for all Victor Chandler subbrands. This work gave each channel a distinctive, on-brand personality, from online betting and gaming sites to mobile applications and high-street betting shops.
