On the 26th September 2012 baby specialist Kiddicare opened the first of ten new superstores in Nottingham’s Castle Marina Retail Park, marking the first time a pure-play has made the radical transition from e-commerce to cross-channel model. .

20.20 worked closely with Kiddicare’s brand director and creative team to create a store experience that uses retail theatre to bring to life the adventure and joy of having a baby

In recent years Redchurch Street has excelled with quiet confidence to become a core of creativity in the heart of Shoreditch and synonymous with innovative retailing in London. Although considered a renowned hipster hotspot, Redchurch Street has a lot to offer the modern consumer, and a lot to teach contemporary retail about charisma. Often described as an ‘alternative’ retail experience, are these shops really reacting against a convention, or simply applying sound design and business principles that engage with their target market?

To mark a London atmosphere saturated with national pride and monarchism in this Olympic summer, legendary department store Selfridges have conjured several enterprises that celebrate their Big British Bang season - the most impressive of which is undoubtedly the Big Rooftop Tea and Golf party. This latest lofty installation cements the historic Selfridges roof as a social destination and revives a tradition of crazy golf last enjoyed by the public in this setting in the 1920s. It also sticks two fingers up to the squares that said golfing from a rooftop is a bad idea.
