Viennese department store, Steffl challenged us to transform the first floor of their iconic flagship into the most desirable intimate apparel destination in Austria. This premium space needed to reflect the city's creativity, architecture and culture; the building's connection to Mozart; a passionate brand proposition and the customers' voracious appetite for luxury labels. Locals and tourists alike regard Steffl with great affection, so a service offer based on personal relationships had to lie at its heart.

We designed Lingerie Atelier from its name to the bespoke architectural statements that delight customers at every step. A series of lifestyle apartments create an intimate boutique atmosphere with a timeless and feminine residential aesthetic. We've slowed the pace so shoppers can savour serendipitous discoveries, bespoke illustrations and handcrafted details while exploring an edit of luxury brands. With a central hosting area to anchor the space, Lingerie Atelier is set to deliver impeccable service and trusted style advice.
